Note about my Reviews

Dear Authors: The reviews in this blog are only personal opinions. I have absolutely no background in literature, writing or reviewing. I am a Librarian (actually a Library Technician for those who care OR know the difference) with a love for a good story. The opinions in the reviews are ONLY my OPINIONS. I am not commenting on the writers ability since well -- I am not a writer and never will be. If you are the author of any of the books reviewed here, my opinion is just that and not a judgment against you!

The Pioneer Woman Cooks, Rcipes from an Accidental Country Girl by Ree Drummond: Book Review

My buddy and co-worker Natasha introduced me to an incredible blog a couple months back called The Pioneer Woman.  On the blog the blogger has step by step instructions on cooking and the pictures are mouthwatering! Well from the site I found out she had a cookbook, so I convinced our collections development Librarian to purchase a copy for our students.  Well, it finally came in 2 weeks ago and I was the first to check it out (I know, I abused my power) and let me tell you I am going to buy a copy for all my friends and family.  Here is a quick review of it since I have to return it so Natasha can check it out next and I know once I show it to Adam (poor bastard has to work in a library full of woman), he will want to check it out too.
